Adobe Systems is preparing the first major update to its Creative Suite that will include new releases Photoshop and new versions of the design, illustration and information sharing InDesign, GoLive and Version Cue.

Version 2 of the Suite – which debuted on the market in September 2003 – should happen next month, according to information provided by the company through its official website.

The update will also include some new features, including Adobe Bridge (navigation tool) and Adobe Stock Photos, a service that will allow users quick access to a set of graphic fonts from various manufacturers.

The new version of suite will be distributed in two modalities, premium and standard, both available for Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. The Premium version includes all the new tools mentioned.

The version standard does not include the GoLive tool and the latest version of Acrobat Professional (7.0) recently released and included in the option premium.
