Acer now offers a new offer for Portuguese consumers: a technical assistance service from the brand. Until now, assistance was provided from Barcelona, which forced the company to move all the machines with problems there.
The move is intended to increase the brand’s proximity to its customers, making it easier for them to access an offer based in Lisbon.
To take advantage of the service, Acer customers must contact the helpline, via the toll-free number 808 30 00 33. The company’s technical team will be available to assist the public every working day, from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm at 17h.
According to managing director from Acer Ibérica, António Papale, the entry of this service in Portugal reflects the brand’s strategy «whose primary objective is to strengthen the relationship of trust with consumers, offering them more effective technical assistance».
