Acer brings Predator Thronos setup for free trial in São Paulo

Immersive Predator Thronos gamer setup is available for free trials at Shopping Vila Olímpia, in São Paulo

THE Acer brought for the first time to Brazil the Predator Thronos, a gamer chair already presented at international fairs. The model will be available for free public testing until July 4 at Cold spot of Shopping Vila Olímpia (SP). Between May 28 and 4, the setup was on display at the retail unit of the Shopping Morumbi.

The duration of the immersive experience that makes players feel on the screen is approximately ten minutes with varied games and must be scheduled in person with the promoters in the store. THE cockpit motorized is a kind of cabin that looks like a “cocoon” with panoramic views and controlled vibrations.

The first time that the immersive chair was presented to the public was during the IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung), in Berlin in 2018. The structure of Predator Thronos weighs 220 kilos, is composed of steel 1.5 meters high and shaped like a cocoon with a recline of 140 degrees, which causes this feeling of total immersion. It is available in black color with blue details that cause a very bold look.

Comfort is also a valued item, because the chair is adjustable and has an ergonomic design, as well as a footrest. For total control of the environment there is a space for a gaming PC Predator and mechanized keyboard tray with peripheral support.

At eye level, there is a stand with three curved monitors Predator Z271U WQHD 27-inch with technology NVIDIA G-SYNC and a native refresh rate of 144 Hz, which guarantees the panoramic view of the game and the greatest sense of immersion.

THE Thronos still has processor Intel Core 8th generation combined with desktops Orion that have two video cards (GPU) NVidia GTX1080 Ti with 11 GB each in SLI. Mouse, keyboard and headphones complete the product.

The user can also control the lighting of the chair, which has more than sixteen RGB color options and the vibration that can be of deep impact.
