Acer announces Enduro line of tablets and notebooks focused on durability

Acer announced its new line of Enduro notebooks and tablets which features devices specially designed for durability. The models were designed to serve as a tool for professionals working in the field, rescuers and workers. Despite the launch of new products, the company said that for now there is no confirmation for the date of marketing of items in Brazil.

Rugged notebook Enduro N7

The Acer N7 Enduro is a sturdy notebook made with shock absorbing materials designed for rescuers, field workers and the industry during working hours. With MIL-810G and IP65 certification, the device is designed to withstand falls on the hardest floors and entry of bread and water.

The notebook can withstand various temperatures and has a 14 and 700 nits FHD screen with visibility indoors or outdoors. The Enduro N7 comes with two batteries: one that can be changed while it is on for 10 hours long and another integrated bridge battery.

Other specifications include 8th generation Intel Core i5 quad-core CPU, Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 technologies at the hardware level that checks for signs of break-in during startup and the Acer Enduro Manageability Suite (AEMS), which serves to help protect the device while also facilitating the implementation of services or system configurations on many devices. A fingerprint sensor compatible with secure logins via Windows Hello.

Rugged notebook Enduro N3

Acer's Enduro N3 is suitable for users who travel between different workplaces, such as architects, project inspectors, event managers and agricultural professionals. The Enduro N3 was specially designed to be resistant to falls and water, with MIL-STD 810G and IP53 certifications. The model has a thin frame of 24.85 mm and a weight of 1,985 kg. Although thin, the notebook has reinforced corners against fallsglass Corning Gorilla Glass and water resistant Aquafa technology.

The Enduro N3 also features the Discrete Trusted Platform Module, AEMS, and password-protected hard drives. The battery guaranteed for 13 hours of use, the processor a 10th Generation Intel Core i7 and memory specifications include 32 GB of DDR4 RAM with optional NVIDIA GeForce MX230 GPU and 512 GB PCle Gen3 NVMe SSD.

Rugged Enduro T5 tablet

The Enduro T5 (ET510-51W) from Acer is a durable tablet with Windows operating system, screen 10 and 10-hour battery life. The battery can be exchanged with the tablet on, allowing continuous use. Other specifications include Intel Core m3 processor 7th generation, MIL-STD 810G and IP65 certifications, and AEMS technology.

The tablet has accessories such as: docking station, hand straps, shoulder straps, four-point shoulder straps, chargers to carry in the car and supports for the car.

Rugged Enduro T1 tablet

The Enduro T1 (ET110-31W) is a flexible tablet with a display of 10, Windows operating system and that can double in size by turning a 10.1 notebook with the coupling of an optional keyboard. Model certifications include MIL-STD 810G4 and IP54. The processor one Intel Celeron and the tableet has 64 GB of eMMC storage space. Focused on field use, the display of the Enduro T1 can be used with a glove.

J the Enduro T1 model (ET108-11A) a compact tablet 8, with Android system. This model is suitable for those working in retail, warehouses and factories. With MIL-STD 810G and IP54 certifications, the device also has a line of optional accessories and programmable keys that allow it to be adapted. It is also possible to use the Enduro T1 with a glove.
