About 24 percent of Google visitors visit the site for searches but abandon it unsuccessfully. This is the conclusion of a study by web usability specialist Jakob Nielsen.
In his study, the expert says that this percentage includes people who, because they do not know how to use the browser, due to ignorance or misuse of it, they are unable to ascertain any results.
Even so, the vast majority of Internet users know how to use the search engine (76 percent) and point out the intuitive interface of the platform as the main factor of differentiation from Google for other engines.
