Hours after the release of iOS 8.4, a jailbreak for the new version is now available!

Those who, like me, were in doubt would choose between the new service of streaming (Apple Music) from iOS 8.4 or continue with jailbreak in 8.3, we have a great news: you can have both! The team TaiG just updated your tool and you can now perform the jailbreak downloading her new version. Well, Apple “fortunately” did not close the loopholes exploited by hackers.

If you didn'tjailbreak still, the process is very simple. After you have upgraded to iOS 8.4:

  1. Make a backup. I would say, by the way, that this is the most important step.
  2. Remove the unlock code and disable Find My iPhone temporarily, of course.
  3. Download the latest version of the tool (2.2.0), which weighs approximately 80MB and, for now, runs on Windows only.
  4. Run the tool, click Start and wait for completion.
  5. Open the Cydia app, which should appear on your screen if all goes well, one time.
  6. Voil!

Here everything went well, updating an iPhone 6 through iTunes and making jailbreak with the new tool. But here are some relevant information you may want to know:

  • If you have jailbreak on iOS 8.3, you may have realized that you can't update iOS over-the-air(OTA, through the Settings menu). In this case, you will need to upgrade to 8.4 via iTunes, then just try the jailbreak.
  • To those who always ask me: this processoviola, yes, the guarantee of its iDevicewhile he is with jailbreak. But the process is completely reversible, restoring your device's iOS via iTunes. So if you need to take your iGadget for assistance, do a clean restoration.

In a related note, as reported by the iClarified, the “PP” hacking team also released a version of jailbreak, but using most of the TaiG code. We do not agree with this type of action, for this reason we cannot even recommend this parallel solution.
