Apple is the most admired company in the world for the 12th consecutive year

Among the dozens of lists that the magazine Fortune publishes every year, one has the name of a certain Ma printed on the top for more than a decade. And, at the beginning of 2019, it was no different: for the 12th consecutive year, Apple led the ranking of the publication of most admired companies in the world.

The list of Fortune guided by the opinions of 3,750 executives, experts, analysts and directors from around the world. They cite the companies they most admire in nine categories: innovation, personnel management, use of corporate assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial strength, long-term investment value, quality of products / services and global competitiveness. In all categories, Apple ranked first in the quotes.

Although the technology sector is very well represented in the top ten, it is not very evident going down the list a bit and looking at the 50 most admired companies in the world: Salesforce (14 place), Accenture (36), IBM (40), Facebook (44) and Samsung (50) appear in the list.

The question now remains if Apple manages to maintain its leadership next year: the list of Fortune It gives a great weight to the financial strength and to the recent successes of the companies surveyed and, as is well known, the last few months have not been the most pleasant for Ma in these areas.
