The Nike Training app, developed by the sporting goods brand Nike, offers several types of free workouts, from strength and cardio to yoga and mobility sessions, for people with different types of fitness. The exercises are separated into categories that cover types of training with or without equipment, short and for athletes.

To have access it is necessary to register for free on the app and answer some questions about your physical profile. It is possible to create an individual training plan, according to your goal, fitness and available time per week, or access training collections already available.

2. Adidas Training by Runtastic

Adidas Training provides free individual training plans, plus some available only for premium accounts. When registering, the app asks if your goal is to get in shape, be healthy, gain muscle or lose weight and what is the desired training intensity, so that the training suggestions are personalized.

There are 30 different workouts available, using only body weight, at easy, intermediate and difficult levels, and 190 exercises in all with video and audio instructions.

3. BodBot Personal Trainer

BodBot is a digital personal trainer that creates personalized training for the user according to the desired goal and difficulty, available resources, physical capacity, among other factors. The planning is adapted according to the user’s evolution, as he performs or skips the exercises.

It is possible to use the application to perform physical activities both at home and at the gym, informing the available equipment. The app also has the “Nutrition” function, which records the user’s food preferences and allergies, and makes nutritional suggestions to achieve the registered goal.

Stretching exercises are ideal for those who want to increase the flexibility of the body. Available under the name Stretching Exercises on Google Play and as Stretch & Flexibility on the App Store, the app offers a series of stretches for everyday life, pain relief, running and specific body parts.

You can also customize your own training plan with favorite exercises. The progress is being stored in the app, which reports a report with the accumulated training time and calories lost.

Down Dog is a paid yoga app that is free to access until July 1st due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The activities are guided by videos and explanatory audios, and the user has access to more than 60 thousand configurations of different types of yoga practices, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Suave, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga, Chair and Sun Salutation. you can select other preferences such as activity level, duration, music, rhythm and instruction mode.
