Trello's main interface basically is divided into three steps: what to do, what to do and that's it. Each of these steps can be found within tasks created by the user, whether collective or private.

2 – Slack
Email can be an essential tool for a company's internal communication or for a study group, for example. But, let's face it, it's not practical at all. Slack's proposal is not to replace existing communication tools, such as Skype or an email client, but to centralize them on a single platform. To do this, after downloading Slack, I need to create a custom domain and invite your contacts to participate in specific chats you create.
The options in a conversation are great, in fact, they are a mix of Telegram features with extensions from other apps, such as Trello itself. You can favor a conversation, mention a specific contact in the group so they can be notified separately, and even send animated GIFs. Plugins are Slack's strengths as it can integrate services and tools with the communicator such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Trello and even SoundCloud.

3 – Microsoft Outlook
Today, Microsoft's email client is the best alternative for those looking for a practical, efficient and organized option. Outlook is no longer an email client with limited functions, but offers a range of exciting features. In addition to supporting Microsoft accounts (Live, Hotmail, and Outlook), Outlook supports Yahoo, Gmail – and Gmail for business – iCloud, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and IMAP accounts. Todoist's strength is its minimalist interface and is designed to be practical, as all the commands available in the app are gathered in the floating menu in the lower right corner. You can schedule a task and synchronize it with your Google Account, as well as set reminders for them with custom times and times.

In addition to managing offline content, Evernote is a great travel companion where connection to mobile networks and Wi-Fi hotspots is always compromised.
The created notebooks can be tagged, customized with attachments, maps, hand information and sorted into different categories such as studies, works, recipes and projects, for example. Evernote's extremely functional interface, allowing all users to quickly get to grips with its functionality.
