The Electronic Commerce Directory, an initiative promoted by ACEP, attracted around three hundred members in three months of existence, a result that leaves those responsible «frankly satisfied with the return» of the project, explains Alexandre Nilo Fonseca, President of ACEP.
The directory, which was launched as part of the 5th Week of Electronic Commerce, held at the end of October 2008, aims to increase the visibility of companies’ electronic business through a platform online. The companies are grouped by categories, in this case 32, where they can make known their activity and contacts.
Companies that want to see their business listed in the ACEP directory only have to register the website on the channel of the Association of Electronic Commerce in Portugal and complete a form that is online. After this process, ACEP will validate the registration and the company’s information will be available.
