Apple updates the 13-inch MacBook Pro, now with Magic Keyboard

When Apple released the 16-inch MacBook Pro, it was expected that a new, 14-inch screen would also be launched to complete Ma's line of professional notebooks.

Well, the update finally came, six months later, but Apple chose to keep that MacBook Pro smaller with Retina display 13 inches.

The Retina display remains the same, with 4 million pixels, 500 nits of brightness, support for a wide range of P3 colors and True Tone technology. But now the new laptop as well as its bigger brother has won the expected Magic Keyboard, keyboard with new generation scissor mechanism and created to replace the problematic keyboard with butterfly mechanism, comes with twice as much internal storage (starting at 256GB and going up to 4TB) and Intel processors quad-core generation (top-of-the-line models only) with speeds Turbo up to 4.1GHz.

The Magic Keyboard of the new MBP has a physical Esc key and Apple also took the opportunity to return to the conventional design of the directional arrows without placing the sides at the same height as the vertical ones, in an inverted T shape.

Whether you're a college student, a developer, or a creative professional, the 13-inch MacBook Pro offers powerful performance, an impressive Retina display and battery life for the entire day on our most portable professional notebook. Today we are adding the new Magic Keyboard, doubling standard storage and increasing performance, making the 13-inch MacBook Pro an even better value for our customers, he said. Tom Boger, senior director of product marketing for Mac and iPad at Apple. With these updates, our entire line of notebooks features the Magic Keyboard for the best typing experience ever on Mac notebooks, offers twice as much standard storage as before and offers even more performance.
