As predicted, the pre-sale of iPhones 6s and 6s Plus it started this practically punctual dawn just minutes after 4:01 am (at the time of Braslia), when the Apple Online Store should have been back on the air.
As we said in our post last night, about Cabe na Mala, the Apple Store app started to work and accept purchases just before the store's website. Even so, everyone who got up early managed to buy the desired devices without any problems.
To tell you the truth, even now (early afternoon) some models are still available for purchase with delivery scheduled for September 25, especially those sold by AT&T. Some, especially the new ones in pink gold and the operator T-Mobile, are already forecast for only 2-3 weeks. Versions that no one wants 16GB remain widely available.
All of this, of course, based on the United States where Apple certainly directs most of its initial inventory. Pre-order today also started in the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico and Singapore.
In addition to allowing the purchase with delivery scheduled for 9/25, Apple also offered in certain places the possibility for customers to simply book the device to search the store. In this case, I need to schedule an exact time and pay in person.
Those who haven't bought or booked online can still go to the Apple Retail Stores queues on September 25, test and choose the desired model on the spot. Of course, it depends a lot on the available stock so you may not find exactly the model in the color and / or capacity you would like.
For now, Apple has not announced that countries will be in the second wave of launches and the date when this will happen. A good guess would be two weeks after the first, on October 9th. But don't even count on Brazil in this; around here, the new iPhones should only arrive in November or December following the schedule of years gone by.
