How to consult Emergency Aid? Government releases new Dataprev website | Stay at home

Consult the Emergency Aid is now easier with the Consultation Aid website. The tool, launched this week by the Ministry of Citizenship and Dataprev, is specific so that the citizen who applied for the R $ 600 benefit can check the availability of resources and the status of the grant process. The website, which does not replace the other platforms already available, has the exclusive functionality of carrying out the consultation, leaving aid application and management processes in charge of the apps and websites Caixa Auxlio Emergencial and Caixa Tem.

The tool is an option for the citizen to find more resources when consulting the grant and the benefit release process, also known as "coronavoucher". The platform is expected to help reduce the overhead that has been common in the use of Caixa Auxlio Emergencial and Caixa Tem.

Dataprev, a public company responsible for managing the tool, says that 97.7 million entries have already been made. Of this total, 50.5 had the aid granted, while 32.8 million were considered ineligible and 13.7 million depend on corrections in the registration data.

The emergency aid consists of a R $ 600 benefit to be granted for three months by the Federal Government to alleviate the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to receive the so-called "coronavoucher", the worker cannot have a fixed income and needs to fit into the informal groups, individual microentrepreneurs, individual Social Security contributors and the unemployed. In addition, the citizen must comply with the following rules:

  • Be over 18;
  • Not having a formal job;
  • Do not receive social security or assistance benefits, unemployment insurance or participate in a federal income transfer program (except for Bolsa Família);
  • Have monthly family income per person of up to half a minimum wage or, in total, up to three minimum wages;
  • Not having received taxable income above R $ 28,559.70 in 2018.

The request for the benefit must be made through the app or website Auxilio Emergencial Caixa. After the procedure, it is possible to follow the order through the new Dataprev platform. See below how to use the Emergency Assistance Consultation website to check the status of your benefit.
