Apple Music wins official Twitter support account

a new Apple, really. In addition to some of her executives being more ?active? in social networks, the company has now opened an official support account for the Apple Music on Twitter @AppleMusicHelp, already verified.

Users will be able to ask support questions via Twitter every day, from 10 am to midnight through the Brasilia schedule. Apparently, however, they only read and respond in English.

This is perhaps the simplest and most direct means of support that Apple has ever offered to consumers. For now, as its name implies, the questions should be exclusively related to Apple Music. Let's see if, little by little, it also opens similar channels for other products / services

The last Apple account opened on Twitter had been @AppStoreGames, focused on games.

ITunes Match Limit

On a related note, that promised increase in the music limit of the iTunes Match from 25,000 to 100,000 tracks continues to stand, according to Eddy Cue (senior vice president of software and internet services at Apple).

The expectation was that the change would occur with the arrival of iOS 9, but it is now scheduled for "before the end of the year".
