Using automatic responses
Step 1. When receiving a call, tap and drag the "speech bubble" icon upwards. Then choose one of the automatic messages to have it sent to the contact.

Step 2. The message is automatically sent in a chat with the contact.

Using the custom messages option
It is also possible to send personalized messages when receiving a call that cannot be answered at the moment. Find out how in the walkthrough below.
Step 1. In the alert for a new call, tap and drag the "talk bubble" icon upwards. Then choose the option "Personalized message".
