How to use Opera to share activities between mobile and PC | Browsers

The Opera browser allows activities initiated on a cell phone to continue on the PC and vice versa. You can even send messages and reminders between your synchronized devices. Named Meu Flow, the novelty is simple to set up and use, since it does not require passwords and logins to access it. Just have Opera installed on your computer and Opera Touch on your phone. Next, you'll find out how to set up and use My Flow. The smartohone s app is available for Android. The iPhone version (iOS) is still in development.

Step 1. Access My Flow through the arrow icon located on the sidebar of Opera for PC.

Step 2. A window that describes the new functionality will be displayed on the left. Now, just select the option "Connect your phone, in the upper right corner, to continue.

Step 3. Next, a QR Code will be generated that you must read with the mobile device using the Opera Touch application.

Attention: Opera Flow's exclusive My Flow functionality. If you only have the conventional Opera on your phone, you will need to download the new browser from Opera Software.

Step 1. Open Opera Touch and choose My Flow, in the upper left corner. On the new screen, touch the purple button where l Connect to the computer. On the next screen, you should read the QR code provided by the browser on the desktop.

Step 2. If the synchronization occurs without failure, you will see an identical screen on the computer and the cell phone. So, be able to use the My Flow feature normally.

With Opera's new feature, you can send messages to yourself and send tabs and open pages on one device to the other, in order to continue on the computer the task you started on your phone, or vice versa.

To send a message, just type whatever you want in the bottom bar of My Flow and send it by clicking the arrow button in the bottom right corner. You should receive the message on the other device immediately.

Another possibility of using Meu Flow to share tabs and Internet pages between your devices. To do this, just open the website you want to send and choose the My Flow button in the address bar.
