Google Sheets has several templates ready to make organizing your personal life easier. To find pre-formatted spreadsheet templates, open Google Drive and click the "New" button in the upper left corner of the screen. Place your cursor over "Google Sheets" and then click "Based on a template".

On the next screen, Google will show all available templates. Check in each of the topics below, which model to select and how to fill in the fields properly.

Select the "Monthly budget" spreadsheet to organize your financial life based on the month's income and expenses. By clicking on this model, you will see some instructions at the top. Start with changing the L8 cell and enter how much you already have, not counting the salary.

When scrolling down the screen, you can find the "Expenses" and "Income" tables. They have several common items, such as "Food" or "Housing", but some may not be appropriate to your reality. To change a topic, click on the corresponding cell and type a new name in this example, replacing "Gifts" with "Light" and "Public Service" with "Farmcia".

The description and planned value columns can be changed, but the content of the "Real" column is not. This goes for both the expense table and the income table. Changes must be made on the "Transactions" page. Change the date, enter the value, add a description and then choose the category.

When you return to the "Summary" page, the values ??in the "Actual" column will be updated according to the category. Google Spreadsheets will add all the amounts of the same classification, in addition to calculating the difference between expected and actual spending, monthly savings in absolute and percentage values ??and the final balance.

The "Agenda 2018" template has 13 calendars, one yearly and 12 monthly. In them, you can make short notes and highlight important dates with different colors or fonts. The spreadsheet is almost a simplified version of Google Calendar, and is for those who prefer a more objective interface to advanced features.

To create a to-do list to resolve, go to the "To-do list" worksheet. With only one page, the model displays three columns: date, task and check. Describe what you need to do and enter the deadline for completing this task. When it is fulfilled, just insert an "x" in the checklist column; the respective task automatically changes formatting and starts to display the font with a streak in the middle (strikethrough).

If you have a trip booked, the "Travel itinerary" worksheet can help organize all the details, from departure to return. It has fields for entering flight data (with or without a stopover), place (or places) for lodging and scheduling what to do every day. Google does not block the action of renaming the spreadsheet or deleting pages. Thus, the model can be used to organize other events, such as a party that requires sound rental, location and hire of buffets, but does not need topics such as hair, makeup, costume and hotel, for example.

The "Programming" worksheet ideal for those who want to start a new routine. When filling in the date in the cell next to "Week from", the table will be updated with the appropriate dates from Monday to Sunday.
