WhatsApp Business on PC has features that can save a lot of time at work. The web version of the messenger allows you to send documents, chat with customers, organize priority messages and other resources. WhatsApp Web supports sending various file formats, including spreadsheets, text documents and PDFs. This ability makes everyday life much easier, since you can deliver quotes, vouchers and cost tables that are on the computer, without having to transfer the document to your cell phone or having to request the email from the customer, supplier or work partner.
To do this in the web version, open the chat and click on the attachment icon, which will be in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, select the "Document" option and upload the desired file. Just like in the mobile app, WhatsApp Web allows you to send multiple documents at once, just add them before pressing the send button.

2. Create a group for each team
When connecting the PC with WhatsApp Business, the web platform loads all contacts from the mobile application. This means that you can create groups from the browser, which makes it much easier to communicate with your work team. An interesting tip is to create a group for each sector, if your company has several employees, and leave a general group only for announcements that affect everyone.
To create a collective chat, click on the three dots located on the left side and select "New group". Then, find the contacts you want to add to the group by clicking on them to select them. Give the group a name, add an image if you like, and press the green check button to complete the creation.

3. Highlight important messages
You can bookmark a message to indicate a pending issue. Whenever a professional contact asks for something and you can't answer immediately, click on the arrow next to the text and choose the option "Mark message". Once you have free time, click on the three dots on the WhatsApp Web main menu and select "Checked". That way, you will be able to see in one place all conversations that require some action on your part, avoiding missing deadlines with customers and partners.

4. Archive old conversations
Another feature that helps a lot in organizing the archiving of conversations. It is a good solution for when you have finished a job and you should not start communicating with the person again so early, allowing you to clear the chat list without deleting the conversation altogether.
To do this, click on the arrow of the corresponding conversation in the left sidebar, and select "Archive conversation". If you want to resume communication, go to the main menu of the three dots and enter "Archived". All archived chats will be available and can be restored.

5. See all the media exchanged with your customers
If you have been talking to a customer, supplier or work partner for a long time, it can be difficult to find files and links exchanged in the middle of the long conversation. Fortunately, you can find all of these contents in one place, organized between media, documents and links. The function can be used to check the sending of a document, forward it to other contacts or even resend it to the same recipient.
Press the three-point conversation button and select "Contact details" for individual chats, or "Group data" for collective calls. Then check "Media files, links and documents". Each of these three types of content will be organized in a tab.
