In addition to App of the week, every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week, whose purchase is for $ 3. The title selected this time was Hitman: Agent 47, with Rupert Friend.

Here's what Apple says about the movie:

Hitman: Agent 47 the second film in the gaming franchise to break into theaters. In it, Rupert Friend plays Agent 47 an elite killer that is the result of decades of research, in an attempt to exterminate the project that created it. Directed by newcomer Aleksander Bach, the film features beautiful scenes of chase through the streets of Berlin and Singapore and, of course, many exchanges of fire in a plot full of twists and turns. John Smith (Zachary Quinto, Spock of the new generation of ?Star Trek?) and Katia Van Dees (Hannah Ware) are also important characters in the plot of the film, but make no mistake: the bad guys and the good guys are not as obvious as they seem .

As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:

THE Movie of the week another one of those based on videogame games in the case in Hitman, a very successful third-person adventure franchise, with several awards, versions and releases. So much so that this is the second adaptation to the cinemas; the first came in 2007 (Hitman Assassin 47), with Timothy Olyphant in the role of 47. The one selected by Apple now in 2015, with Rupert Friend in the role of the killer. Both follow the same line and finally try to bring elements of the various games to the screens. In my opinion it is nothing but an ok film, that is, a hobby. I recommend, also with Friend, the film 5 Days of War.

Enjoy!
