A company until then unknown, called Axon Logic, claims to be building a tablet with technical characteristics of a netbook that would be able to run Mac OS X. That is, almost like talking about an iPad Hackintosh, forgetting the fact that the iPad runs the iPhone OS.
The product is still in the conceptual phase, but Axon Logic already promises specifications higher than the iPad, probably with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, three USB 2.0 ports and a built-in webcam. Estimated price? $ 500.
Stories of daring manufacturers who decide to put Mac OS X in their products, we already know it well. We'll see if this tablet really comes true, and if Apple does something to stop Axon Logic.
