Here's what Apple says about the movie:
Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, Lucy and the whole gang are together in this special for the family which is a lovely introduction to the universe of Peanuts (Minduim) and a nostalgic visit to old friends. Charlie meets a red-haired girl at school, where, despite having a good time, he also suffers humiliation. Meanwhile, his Snoopy beagle imagines life as if it were an airplane s during World War I. The film has a soundtrack that includes the iconic jazz pianist Vince Guaraldi and a story that highlights the power of friendship, play and imagination. These are just some of the many charms of this feature that will win you over.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:
Charles M. Schulz, creator of Peanuts, an example of worldwide success however, Charlie Brown an example of failure. This does not mean bad, but that all the characters in this select group have peculiar personalities that complement each other. A brave, a sad, a dreamer, a dirty man and so on. In this delicate design, embraced by the Ice Age team without the Brazilian Carlos Saldanha (who directed part of the series), we have a story with a backdrop for the brave and dreamy Snoopy kitchen. The comics are sensational, including the shorts that the channel Discovery Kids passes in the intervals of your schedule. In this production, the same mistakes of other drawings directed by Steve Martino are already evident. Now, if you put all of that aside and focus on the character's brownness, your score is sure to be 5/5.
