Readdle's Documents app, a free file manager for iPhone (iOS). In its latest update, the application has gained a new functionality that allows you to transfer files between your phone and PC quickly, safely and simply. The feature works through the Wi-Fi network: just open the camera and scan the QR code that appears on the computer.

The tips apply to other Apple cell phone models. You need to have the latest version of the application to know how to update your apps.

How to discover apps with access to your photos on Android and iPhone
Step 1. On the computer, access docstransfer. Now, on the iPhone, open the camera and point to the PC screen to scan the QR code. Both devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. A notification will be displayed at the top of the screen. Tap on it and confirm the opening of the Documents app.

Step 2. To transfer files from the computer to the cell phone, click on "Send files" in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, just select the items you want to send and wait for the shipment. The files can be viewed by the Documents application.

Step 3. If you want to transfer a file on your phone to your PC, check the items you want to download and click "Transfer". The files will be downloaded to your computer's downloads folder, compressed in ZIP format. Remember that you can only download files stored in the Documents app.

Step 4. After making the transfers, it is important to disconnect the computer from the cell phone. To do this, in the app, just tap "Disconnect".
