The website FlatpanelsHD got information this week about a new high definition monitor that Dell is preparing to launch on the market, the U3011. Its screen will be 30 inches, with a contrast ratio of 1000: 1 and a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels (in 16:10 ratio).
At the rear, users will find two HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, a dual DVI and an analog VGA. The big tchan however, it uses the same IPS technology adopted by Apple, providing 178 viewing angles (both horizontal and vertical), with 1.07 colors, 270cd / m2 brightness and only 7ms response time .
The price of the Dell U3011 has yet to be released, but it is likely to hit the market in October. It's a good replacement for the late 30 ? Cinema Display HD, isn't it?
