The AirPods began to arrive yesterday at Apple stores and consumer hands, and tradition tradition: any iProduct need to go through resistance tests.
Who did the honors this time (see above) was the channel EverythingApplePro, playing the AirPods with their recharging case of various heights (up to 3m), placing them in the washing machine and dryer, and then submerging them fully in water for five minutes.
Spoiler final: in addition to small cosmetic marks from the highest falls, AirPods continue to recharge and work perfectly. very, very impressive.
