The ?official propaganda boy? of the Apple Music can celebrate: Drake has just set a new record in the streaming when having your new album, More Lifereproduced 89.9 million times in a 24-hour interval on Apple's music service.
But it wasn't just Drake who made it beautiful, no. We have to take off the hat for Apple Music. While Ma's service recently surpassed the 20 million user mark, Spotify now has 50 million paying users (taking into account non-payers, the number rises to 100 million). Even so, the creation of Apple managed to numbers much better than the Swedish service, which was around 61.3 million (a record for Spotify too, by the way).
More Life was also responsible for setting a new radio record Beats 1: the Saturday episode of the program OVO Sound Radio commanded by rapper it was the biggest (in audience) so far.
If you are wondering what was the most desired song in those first 24 hours, I answer: "Free Smoke" (check out a piece of it above, in the Apple Music widget).
It is worth noting that Drake's previous album, entitled Views, was the first to reach the 1 billion mark streams on Apple Music.
O rapper Canadian who participated in the presentation of Apple Music is really with everything!
