To occupy your free time during pandemic days, you can take advantage of online solutions that will ensure entertainment and, in some cases, knowledge. Large companies have made free courses available, movies and streaming series have been released free of charge and museums in several countries are offering virtual tours by computer especially for the isolation season.

Among other hobby options, there is the possibility of exercising at home, without the need for gym equipment, learning a new language, a musical instrument and developing cooking recipes. 1. Learn to play an instrument
The Cifra Club website has a section called Aprender that offers a vast catalog of free videos with professional musicians teaching amateurs to play musical instruments. It is possible to attend viola, guitar, bass, drums, singing, keyboard, piano, ukulele, sax and even less popular instruments, such as ukelele, violin and harp. The videos explain, in tutorials, various techniques and tips for beginners and advanced musicians.

Streaming services are a favorite pastime for many people. In this period of isolation, several platforms made their complete catalog, or part of it, available free of charge to users who do not have a subscription. Thus, it is possible to watch famous movies and series without paying. Check it out below:
Globoplay has released two categories of content for any user to watch for free. The first is aimed at children, with films and series aimed at children, such as Blue Building Detective, Yellow Woodpecker Site and School of Geniuses, in addition to successful Disney films such as Mulan, The Incredibles, Pocahontas, Valente , UP! High Adventures and Ratatouille.
The second category is geared towards teenagers, with all seasons of the series Sandy & Junior and several seasons of Malhao, in addition to series like Shippados and Millenial Mafia. It is possible to enjoy all the free content of Globoplay until the 16th of April.

Amazon Prime Video offers a 30-day free trial for the user to try the tool. Also available are original and classic cinema series of different genres for the whole family.
SPCine, a film and audiovisual company from So Paulo, released its entire catalog free of charge until April 17th. Users can access the films of directors such as Hector Babenco, Z do Caixo and Lcia Murat through the website https://www.spcineplay.com.br/.
In addition to these options, Netflix, HBO Go, Mubi and Starz Play continue to be streaming alternatives with extensive catalogs of films and series to marathon. Through Google Play Movies, you can also rent or buy famous productions to watch on your computer or cell phone.
Pay-TV operators have also released several channels for free to current users due to quarantine. Sky, Claro / NET, Vivo and Oi TV provided more than 70 free broadcasters to all subscribers, such as Telecine, SporTV, Discovery, Paramount, Sony, among many others.
If you don't want to be stuck on the TV, an alternative to listening to podcasts. The programs are being successful and currently there is a great diversity of subjects, such as politics, education, sports, technology, science, celebrities, humor, among many others. Another possible activity for the coronavirus quarantine is to take courses online. The Virtual School of Fundao Bradesco (https://www.ev.org.br/Cursos), for example, is offering more than 80 free courses during the isolation period by the coronavirus, in the areas of Administration, Personal Development, Education and Pedagogy, Languages ??and Informatics, all with the right to a certificate.
Udemy is also offering dozens of free courses for the quarantine period, in the areas of Communication, Business, Programming, Marketing, Behavior, Sales, among others. To find the options, just do a search, open the search filters and select the Free option.

At the Getlio Vargas Foundation Portal (www5.fgv.br/fgvonline/Cursos/Gratuito), more than 50 course options are free for any user. There are classes in the areas of Finance, Management and Projects. Senai (eadsenaies.com.br) offers free courses in the areas of Communication, Entrepreneurship, Finance and some more specific ones, such as Architectural Design, Metrology, Information Technology and Basic Notions of Automotive Mechanics.
5. Do physical exercises
You can also take advantage of your free time to do physical exercises at home, as it is recommended not to attend the gym agglomerations. Several free apps offer ready-made workouts that don't need devices to be performed, working with specific muscle groups and using common objects to perform the movements. The series are shown in explanatory videos, in which professionals make the movements for the user to reproduce in practice, wherever they are. Among the options are the Nike Trainig Club, 8Fit and Workout at Home, all free and available for Android and iPhone.
The FitDance dance academy (@fitdance) is also offering classes of various rhythms every day, live, at 7:30 pm, on the group's official page on Instagram. Singer Lucas Lucco (@lucaslucco) is encouraging his followers on the social network to practice the Healthy Quarantine challenge, in which they must reproduce their training sessions shown live during 40 isolation mornings.
Meditating can be a relaxing activity for users who want to control the anxiety of being in social isolation. Free apps, such as Zen and Meditopia, available for Android and iPhone offer meditation sessions with breathing movements, relaxation exercises and calming music.
7. Try new recipes
Free quarantine time can be filled in the kitchen. The sites Tudo Gostoso and Ana Maria Braga provide thousands of recipes to reproduce at home. The dishes are explained in video, reproduced from TV Globo's Mais Voc program, or through text tutorials, detailing the ingredients and step by step. It is possible to find sweet, savory recipes for starter, main course and dessert, in addition to healthy options, sauces and side dishes.
Some chefs are also offering live cooking classes on Instagram, like Rita Lobo (@ritalobo), host of GNT's Cozinha Prtica program. On her personal page, the professional is teaching recipes at different times of the day as a form of entertainment for people isolated by the coronavirus. Using cell phones, you can also find recipes displayed on the GNT channel by the Nhac application, with detailed step-by-step instructions to reproduce at home.

How about taking the time to revisit old photos? Google Photos and iCloud rename all files registered in your account that are stored in the cloud, allowing you to relive important moments with the family.
