Here's what Apple says about the movie:
The film ?The Hateful Eight?, written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, a western peak full of twists and turns. A blizzard during the North American winter leads the plot into a warehouse, where eight characters seek shelter. In the same environment, executioner John Ruth (Kurt Russell), his prisoner Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh), bounty hunter Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson) and sheriff Chris Mannix (Walton Goggins) have to deal with four others strangers who were already protecting themselves from the cold. Gradually, the secrets and dramas of each of them are revealed, creating the perfect setting for the confrontation. The feature features excellent dialogues and performances (especially by Leigh, who was nominated for an Oscar), guaranteeing scenes full of action and with a dose of madness.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:
O Movie of the week it has a very slow pace, focused on extremely elaborate and sarcasm-filled long dialogues. Look, he's good! But a 90-minute version, for example, could be ideal. I understand that Tarantino loves to dissect his characters, that his style is known by the big stadiums and that they take his eplogues in a positive way, see Kill Bill, recorded at once, was divided into two volumes; j ?Os Eiados Odiados? would not have a hook for this separation. I remember here, according to Tarantino himself, that he will record just two more films and retire. So, enjoy!
