The Nike Training Club is an option to help work out at home. The weight loss app is available for free on Android and iPhone phones (iOS), and is ideal for people who want to simulate a home gym, without the need to go to the street. The app can be an alternative to exercise while the Ministry of Health recommends that the population avoid crowded environments or contact with other people, to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

The series are taught by means of audio and video instructions, so that the user can reproduce the movements displayed on the smartphone screen. Workouts combine exercises of different types and levels of intensity, beginners and advanced, with classes that work specific muscle groups or to achieve different body goals. Step 1. Open the Nike Training Club and tap "Register Now" to register or "Sign In" to login. Then, enter your credentials or sign in with your Facebook profile to start working out at home;

Step 2. Enter the frequency of your workouts, choosing from the three options. Then, see the classroom library on the screen. Touch one of them to open and work out at home;

Step 3. You will see the average training time, intensity and body goal. Below, you can check warm-up and slow-down exercises;

Step 4. Tap Download to download the lesson. Then, go to "Start";

Step 5. The class starts immediately. A video at the top of the screen will show the movement that you must reproduce so that you can prepare. A green bar will be displayed over the exercise name, determining how long you should make the move;

Step 6. Do all the exercises proposed in class, they are automatically played in sequence. At the end, see your performance. It will also be possible to determine the level of effort and the place where you performed the training;

Step 7. To find new workouts, tap the clock icon in the bottom menu and use the upper tabs to view different sets and continue working out at home.
