After a few months of testing (reaching a total of six beta versions), the watchOS 3 (compilation 14S326) has just been officially released to all Apple Watch owners.
Announced at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2016, watchOS 3 arrives with excellent performance improvements, a new Dock accessible by the button below the Digital Crown (goodbye, favorite contacts!), new messaging features, text entry via Scribble (drawing on the screen), new displays (Minnie Mouse and Activity) with quick change, activity sharing, new apps (Reminders, Find My Friends, Breathe and Home), emergency shortcut, better support for the disabled and numerous new APIs for developers.

To install watchOS 3 is very simple, but you will need time (not a quick process). First, make sure that the watch has at least 50% battery and is connected to power. Don't worry about backup, as it is done automatically with your iPhone.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone and go to General Software Update. If prompted, enter your iPhone and / or Apple Watch password. Wait for the Apple logo with a circular progress bar to appear on the watch. When the update is finished, your Apple Watch will restart.
It is. Make good use of watchOS 3! ?
