When the iPhone SE it was announced, many people rejoiced to see optimal specifications, but again on a smaller screen (4 inches) instead of the 4.7 and 5.5 inches of the iPhones 6 / 6s and 6 Plus / 6s Plus.
Although research shows that the sale of the larger devices (Plus) has increased significantly, the power of the special editing device seems to have really won over the public, since it topped the customer satisfaction list American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) referring to smartphones.
As can be seen, the first 17 positions on this list were filled by the latest models from the great rivals Apple and Samsung. In first place in the ranking, we see the ?little big? iPhone SE with a score of 87 out of 100, that is, just one point above the big Galaxy S6 edge + and iPhone 7 Plus, which were tied with 86.
After the Galaxy S6 edge (85), Galaxy S7 (84) and Galaxy S7 edge (84), we see the iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone 7 with the same score (83). The iPhones 5, 5s and 6s were left with 80 and, some positions below, we have the iPhone 6 with only 79.
These results were based on interviews sent by email to 36,194 consumers in the United States, chosen at random, between the period from May 2016 to April 2017.
It is always good to remember that these satisfaction surveys are not interested in listing top-of-the-line smartphones and their performance, but rather the list of devices and the needs of their users. And, if we think about it, many of those who choose to get an iPhone SE for its good battery performance and everyday tasks, in addition to probably having a special affection for the case already known and loved since the iPhone 5s (or, if we take the Touch ID, even before, on iPhone 5).
