Since it was announced at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2016, the tvOS 10 has gone through six beta versions. Well now, finally, it is officially available to all owners of fourth generation Apple TVs! The final compilation is 14T330.
Despite the number 10, this is actually only the second major update to the operating system of the "new" Apple TV. Now users can choose a dark theme for the home screen, there are improvements in the integration with the iCloud Photo Library and Apple Music, greater control of devices compatible with HomeKit, automatic download of apps, the function Single Sign-on for simplified authentication (it may take a while to become useful in Brazil), among others.
Updating tvOS is simple: on Apple TV, open the Settings app and go to System Software Update. Depending on your connection, the software will be downloaded in a few moments and the installation is also very quick.
Recalling that, recently, Apple made available the new version of its Apple TV Remote app now fully ready to control everything regarding the fourth generation of set-top box, including with Siri support.
Make good use of tvOS 10! ?
