PowerPoint offers a feature that allows you to change the formatting of all slides in a presentation at once. The feature, available in the Windows and macOS version, is ideal for users who want to redo the look of a work or quickly change a presentation template found on the Internet. The change is possible using the possibilities offered by the Slide Master feature that controls all the frames of a presentation.

Step 1. Open the presentation and click on the "View" tab. Then, select the option "Slide Master";

Step 2. Remember to keep selected the first slide that appears in the list located on the left side of the screen. This is the Slide Master and, when it is selected, all changes are applied to the other frames;

Step 3. You will be able to change any formatting option and see that all slides will be modified. However, a quick way to change everything is in the theme options. Each theme has its own set of fonts, colors and effects. Click on "Themes";

Step 5. To start, click on the "Colors" option. Remember to keep the Slide Master selected throughout the process;

Step 6. Click on "Fonts" and choose the color pattern you want to use on the slides. You can do the same with background styles and even use the insert tab to add elements to all slides at once. To do this, simply keep the Slide Master activated.
