As has been happening religiously in recent times, Apple is releasing new test versions of most of its operating systems on Monday. Today, we see the third beta of iOS 10.2 (compilation 14C5077b), from macOS 10.12.2 (16C48b) and the tvOS 10.1 (14U5582b). The second beta version of Xcode 8.2 (8C30a) is also released.
As we mentioned in previous articles, iOS 10.2 brings a series of new backgrounds, emojis and additions to iMessage, as well as the TV app announced in the last keynote and a new emergency mode that calls for services like this by pressing the Home button (Home) five times. TvOS 10.1 supports the feature Single Sign-on, while macOS 10.12.2 fixes bugs and improves system performance, also bringing support for new emojis. Xcode 8.2 supports SDKs for new systems.
If you are in previous beta versions on devices, these updates can be downloaded right now, directly from the devices or by Apple Developer, including Xcode. Soon, new iOS and macOS builds will also appear in the Apple Beta Software Program.

In the United States, with the arrival of the TV app, users no longer have access to the old Videos.
The SOS feature has been removed almost entirely from this new beta of iOS 10.2, being available for now only in India probably while it is not "in the tricks".
IOS 10.2 will also feature two new screen effects in Messages: one called ?Celebrao? ("Celebration") and the other, ?Love? ("Love").
