Sleeping app: how to use the Sonno app to relax | Productivity

The Sonno app for iPhone (iOS) offers sound experiences with relaxing music for sleeping. The program reproduces sounds of nature, such as noises of rain, fire and sea, to make the user relax until falling asleep listening to the noises. There are also relaxation sessions for sleeping that involve different music and sounds in 8D and ASMR, in addition to breathing movements.

In order for the user to be able to immerse themselves in the sensations with greater intensity and bring the mind and body in harmony, the application suggests that headphones be used during the sessions of the app. Check out how to use the Sonno app to hear relaxing sounds to sleep better.

Step 1. Open Sonno and notice that the forest sound starts to play automatically. Touch the leaves and drag them to the center of the screen so that the noises are more intense, or further away if you want to make them softer;

Step 2. Tap the + icon to add new sounds. Then choose the noise you want. Note that some noises are only released in the Premium plan, which costs R $ 11.90 per month, but there are some free options;

Step 3. The sounds will be played simultaneously. If you want to delete any noise, drag it to the trash;

Step 4. In the menu, tap the Flows tab to view the list of thematic breathing exercises, each of which represents a story and all are accompanied by relaxing sounds. Touch the Listen button to start the relaxation session to sleep;

Step 5. Touch the Music tab to listen to relaxing music with 8D sensory experiences. Use the playback controls to discover new music for sleeping.
