We recently commented on the launch of a new application, entitled Apple Support. It was first launched in the Netherlands and, weeks later, arrived in the United States. Now, the application is also available in the Brazilian store.
It is an app 100% focused on support, an area that the company preferred to remove from the Apple Store app (which is now totally focused on purchases). All support and scheduling repairs or visits to the Genius Bar was removed from the stores' official app with this, users were only able to schedule times for service through the company's website.
With the launch of the app Apple Support, this problem is over. The entire service and support part is now concentrated in an app, which makes things a lot easier for those who need to find information (frequently asked questions), get in touch with a company specialist (via chat or email), schedule a call or a repair in a nearest Authorized Service Center / Store, view the order history, among other things.
