In the app, the user can register suggestions, clarify doubts and make complaints about broadband internet, landline, cell phones and pay TV. The resource is useful for those who are facing some kind of problem such as undue charges, for example.

Step 2. You need to access your account or create one for free. In this case, tap on "Register" and fill in your personal details.

Step 3. Now, tap "Complaint" and choose the type of service you are experiencing problems with.

Step 5. Fill in the requested information and select the company, your city and state. Then, tap "Describe the problem" at the bottom of the screen. Type in detail what is happening and tap "Finish".

Step 6. Returning to the previous screen, tap "Register". A message will inform you that the request was successful. If you want to attach a document, tap "Yes" and select the file.

Ready! Now just wait for the company's return. You will receive a response by phone, email and through the Anatel Consumidor application.
