Ita customers can consult transfer and payment receipts through the Android and iPhone (iOS) application. Using the cell phone, the bank allows you to view the receipts for the past 90 days, and offers a practical way to send the document to a contact. The app generates an image that can be shared, with a touch, by WhatsApp, by email and other services. The useful feature for verifying payments without having to get a copy printed at an ATM.

Step 1. Download the Ita application on your cell phone and enter your agency and account details. Then, enter your internet password in a different code from the one used for card purchases.

Step 2. If you still don't have an internet password, the application will redirect you to a registration form. Enter the new password, confirm the registration using your card password and go to a bank ATM to validate the operation and start using the application.

Step 3. When accessing the application, tap on Services in the bottom menu of the screen and tap on My vouchers.

Step 4. The app will display a list of the latest payments and transfers made to your account. Touch the button in the upper right corner to filter the search. Select the viewing period up to 90 days, choose the order of the list by newest or oldest and click "apply".

Step 5. When you find the voucher you want, drag the item laterally to reveal the share button. Touch and choose if you want to share via any application, email or just save the image.
