Microsoft Excel 2016 offers a variety of tools as supplements to the program. Dynamic calendars, differentiated graphical schemes, currency exchange control, dictionary and other resources are available natively and can make spreadsheets more effective for any type of work.

Step 1. To access the Microsoft Excel add-on package, go to the Insert tab and click the Store button;

Step 2. In the Supplement Store window, there are dozens of tools to install and activate in your Excel. As there are 5 different calendars, look for Mini Calendar in the search text box and click on the magnifying glass icon;

Step 3. The Mini Calendar and Date Picker is Microsoft's official supplement for integrating calendars and watches into spreadsheets. Click the Install button to quickly download the resource;

Step 4. After installing the add-in, it will be shown in the spreadsheet. To activate the tool's calendar function, select a cell in the table and click on the calendar date to represent it immediately;

Step 5. It is also possible to reproduce the time with the Mini Calendar and Date Picker. Select a field in the spreadsheet and click the clock format button to record the time;

Step 6. To insert other features already installed in Excel, access the installed add-ins. Touch the Insert tab and then the My Supplements button to view the integrated tools;

Step 7. Some add-ons, once installed, get shortcuts on the toolbar. Dicionrios da Lngua Portuguesa, for example, has a button on the "Start" tab and works as a search bar integrated with Excel;
