Launch in April
First revealed in 2015, the Square Enix had announced earlier this year that there would be a delay in the launch of Final Fantasy VII Remake. The company explained that it was necessary to give developers more time to improve the game's experiences. "We are making this difficult decision to give us a few extra weeks to apply the final polish to the game and provide the best possible experience", said Yoshinori Kitase, producer of Final Fantasy VII Remake.
With that, a new date was announced: now it is scheduled to be launched in April 10, 2020.

Analyzes made by the North American portal The Verge classified that the remake delivers a fascinating battle system and classifying it as an entirely new game. The battles still have improved aspects of previous titles, such as Kingdom Hearts and others Final Fantasy. The game now does not generate random encounters in battles, so enemies locate you and engage in an open combat arena.
