Claro Music is a music streaming app available for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. Like competitor Spotify, the application is free to download and install, but you must be a subscriber to create personalized playlists and download content to listen offline. The plans are weekly or monthly and cost, respectively, R $ 2.99 per week or R $ 9.90 per month. The service can be used by customers of any operator.

In the following tutorial, check out how to use the Claro Msica app. The procedure was performed on a Moto G7 Play with Android 9.0 (Pie), but the tips also apply to the version of the application for the Apple system.

How does Claro Music work?

Step 1. Install the Claro Msica app on your phone. When opening it for the first time, enter your Claro number to receive an access confirmation code by SMS. For customers of other operators, tap "I'm not a Claro customer" and sign up using an email or Facebook data;

Step 2. On the app's home screen, you can find artists, bands and playlists featured. Touch one of the options to view the music. In the indicated buttons, it is possible to reproduce, download, share or save the songs;

Step 3. When playing a song, the playback screen will be displayed. Swipe down to hide and re-navigate the app. To access the playback screen again, touch the name of the song at the bottom. There, in addition to the play, pause, fast forward and rewind controls, you can add it to a playlist, download, view information and share;

Step 4. In "My music" you will find the downloaded music, albums, playlists and saved radio and more. In the "For you" tab are suggestions for songs that you may like based on the songs that you usually listen to. Touch the blue icon in the upper right corner to find out the name of a song;

Step 5. Tap "Rdios" to find radio stations from all over Brazil. You can filter broadcasters by music, news, genres, country and city radio. If you want, touch the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the screen to search for radio and music. Finally, in "Menu", you can access music from other countries, see events and shows, settings and help from Claro Music.
