RESCUECOM published its annual survey of computer manufacturers' reliability levels, based on market share OEM in the United States for the percentage of support calls related to it registered over the phone 1-800-RESCUE-PC.
According to the survey, Lenovo / IBM now leads the ranking, with 281 points followed by Toshiba (190), Samsung (156), Apple (151) and ASUS (126). HP / Compaq, which was at the top a year ago, has now dropped to sixth position with 100 points. Ma fell from second place in 2011, when she registered 179 points.
?Going into 2012, the rise of Lenovo / IBM is very positive for the company. Although the market share Apple has grown in the past 12 months, its reliability has dropped. The relatively smaller Toshiba and Samsung illustrate interesting reliability trends that are worth observing for the year ahead, ?said David Milman, CEO of RESCUECOM.
