The account is temporarily disabled by the browser and can be reactivated at any time by simply accessing it again.

Step 1. On your phone, open Safari on your iPhone or Chrome on Android and go to the Instagram website (instagram.com). In it, enter your username and password to log into your account. Then, tap on the cone in the bottom right corner of the page to access your profile;

Step 2. Now, check "Edit profile". On the edit page of your profile, scroll to the bottom and tap "Temporarily disable my account";

Step 3. Select the reason why you want to deactivate your account and, below, enter your password. Finally, touch "Temporarily disable account" and "Yes" to confirm. Later, if you want to reactivate your account, just log in.
