Twitter: how to access Trending Topics by cell phone | Social networks

Twitter's Trending Topics are the most talked about topics on the social network worldwide. In smartphone apps, the list is located within the search section, and the settings allow you to select a specific city to see the most important subjects in the region, or even view the most interesting topics for the user according to their preferences.

Step 1. Touch the magnifying glass button in the menu located at the bottom of the screen. The list will be in the World Trends section, which shows, by default, the most talked about subjects in the world.

Step 2. To see the complete list, with 20 items, scroll down and go to Show more. Tap on a topic to see what people are saying about it.

Step 3. In the menu at the top of the screen, you can see the highlights, the most recent, the people involved with the topic and the media.

Step 1. Open the complete list of Trending Topics and tap on the gear cone, located in the upper right corner of the screen. Then choose the Change location option.

Step 2. Select the desired country or write the name of the city or country in the search field. Touch OK to finish and view the list.

Step 1. Also on the gear icon, activate the Momentary Issues option for you. Finish by clicking OK. Subjects will be displayed according to your location and the people you follow.
