The title selected this time was Planet of the Apes – War, by director Matt Reeves.

Here's what Apple says about the movie:
This is the third film in one of the most successful series in cinema. ?Planet of the Apes: The War? enhances the themes of unity and acceptance presented in the previous films. The monkey Csar (Andy Serkis), leader of the Asian revolution that dominated much of the planet, now needs to find the very limits of his wisdom when setting out on a revenge mission against a human colonel (Woody Harrelson). Director and co-writer Matt Reeves delivers a reinterpretation of a biblical passage with some of the most spectacular special effects of recent years and an exciting ending.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:
I am not very fond of the original series Planetas dos Macacos, despite considering the technology and the make-up of the time sensational, remembering that the first film of 1968 and yielded a series of sequences, when finally in 2001, by the hands of Tim Burton, it had its first rule. O Movie of the week it comes from another series, which started in 2011. It is the last in a trilogy, but not necessarily the last of so many films on the theme that can still appear. The good plot, the sober cast, the cohesive plot and the result worthy of a blockbuster! My highlight goes to the great Woody Harrelson, who in this production left his comic vision aside and brought a dark character to life.
To those interested, enjoy! ?
