The Redmi Note 8 Pro is one of Xiaomi's most interesting (and sold) intermediaries. This device has been running the new MIUI 11 interface for some time, but unfortunately for owners, it is still based on Android Pie.
Seeking to change this situation, Xiaomi has finally started distributing Android 10 to the Redmi Note 8 Pro. In addition to the standard features of the new Google mobile OS, this update, which brings the version "126.96.36.199.QGGEUXM" and weighs 1, 9GB, also delivers the February security patch, making the system more secure from attacks.
At the moment, the update that makes Android 10 available for Redmi Note 8 Pro can be downloaded via OTA only in Pakistan, but if everything goes well and no critical error is detected by Xiaomi, other regions will certainly receive the news in the next days or weeks .
Before carrying out the installation, check the amount of battery available to avoid disconnections during the process, we recommend at least 50%. It is also advisable to perform a backup of your data.
