Every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week at the iTunes Store, whose purchase (even in 4K / HDR, depending on the production) R $ 9.90. The title selected this time was "Passengers", with Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt.
Check out his trailer:
Here's what Apple says about the movie:
After the acclaimed royal drama ?The Imitation Game?, director Morten Tyldum takes a different path in ?Passengers?. The story takes place inside the Avalon spacecraft, with thousands of passengers on board, heading for new life on another planet. A defect, however, wakes up mechanical engineer Jim (Chris Pratt) from his induced hibernation 90 years ahead of schedule. Solitary, he decides to wake up the writer Aurora (Jennifer Lawrence), who does not accept to have been woken up before reaching the final destination. Highlight for Lawrence's intense performance and special effects.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:
O Movie of the week it would not be my first choice either as a novel or as a scientist. The idea, basically, was to bring together two of the most prominent actors at the time on a space trip. The cast is limited to four characters and the plot to a sum of several films with a romantic flavor. The film is good, but not great enough to be that success or one that I would watch several times.
