Although the hardware is practically the same, we had some improvements to the rear camera of the iPhone XS. And the frontal one, has it improved?
The specifications of the iPhone XS TrueDepth system remain the same as those of the X: we have a 7MP camera, aperture /2.2, with support for Portrait mode with effect bokeh Advanced and Portrait Lighting (with Natural Light, Studio Light, Contour Light, Stage Light, Mono Stage Light), Animoji and Memoji, Smart HDR, among other things.
The only new feature is the Depth Control, which, just like the rear camera, allows us to adjust the level of background blur in a photo taken with Portrait Mode. But in practice, are the photos taken with the iPhone XS better? And Face ID, was it faster? Check out the video and find out!
