Brazilians are constantly looking for new smartphones. In the last Black Friday, for example, they led a survey conducted by Samsung. Now, Zoom, one of the country's largest price comparison sites, has published a list containing the devices most sought after by consumers in January.
Who led the ranking last month was Xiaomi with its Redmi Note 8, followed by Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A20. On the other hand, Samsung managed to "put" more smartphones on the list, adding up to five in total.
Interestingly, we can note that Brazilians have increased their interest in models high-end from previous years, most likely due to the lower price and the fact that these devices still bring competent hardware to the present day. Below you can see the complete list:
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 8
- Samsung Galaxy A50
- Samsung Galaxy A20
- Samsung Galaxy A70
- Apple iPhone XR
- Samsung Galaxy A10
- Apple iPhone 11
- Motorola Moto G8 Plus
- Samsung Galaxy S9
- Apple iPhone 8 Plus
The Redmi Note 8, champion of the January ranking, delivers decent specifications, such as Snapdragon 665, 3GB, 4GB or 6GB RAM, 32GB, 64GB or 128GB storage, triple rear camera, the main one being 48MP, and 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging of 18W.
These features, coupled with the lower price than the competitors, which can be found on Zoom itself for R $ 1,011, certainly helped to make the model highly sought after by Brazilian consumers.
