The 8fit app, available free for Android and iPhone (iOS), offers physical exercise training to do at home. Classes last between 15 and 20 minutes and are divided into sessions, accompanied by a timer and videos with instructors playing the exercises, allowing the user to watch and repeat the movements. To use the app, I need to provide data such as age, weight, height and body fat estimate, so that the system sets up a specific workout for that body.

How to register at 8fit
Step 1. Open 8fit and choose your goal, between losing weight, getting in shape or gaining muscle mass. Then, enter your gender;

How to attend classes at 8fit
Step 1. On the home page, you will see your daily training. Touch the card to see the list of exercises for that workout and see "Get ready!";

Step 3. Watch the heating videos and repeat the movements as many times as the app indicates. At the end, touch the green arrow and proceed to the end of the stretch. Then, tap "Start training";

Step 4. Watch the videos and repeat the movements indicated for as long as the timer indicates. Touch the gray arrow to advance until you reach the end of the training;

Step 5. At the end of the training, see your result on the screen and tap "Continue". Then, leave feedback on the exercises;

Step 6. If you want, do stretching and cooling exercises to reduce muscle pain.
