Google may suspend users' accounts for a variety of reasons. In case of violation of the usage policies, the search giant has the right to close the account at any time. Once banned, the user loses access to services such as Gmail, YouTube, Play Store and Google Drive. For those using Android phones, however, the inconvenience is even greater: a banned account compromises the entire functioning of the system.

Depending on the type of infraction committed, Google notifies you of the cancellation in advance. If it is something very serious, however, the account can be closed without notice. It is worth mentioning that, in some cases, the illegal activity may not have been carried out by the user, but by hackers who obtained the password and used the account to send spam, phishing campaigns and content related to child exploitation, for example. Therefore, it is important to make adjustments to strengthen account security.

Many of Google's decisions to cancel accounts, remove apps from the Play Store, or drop videos on YouTube are made by automated systems. Therefore, if the user believes that the company made a mistake, the user can request a review of the cancellation and request the restoration of the account. To do this, just login as usual, choose the option "Try to restore" and follow the instructions indicated. It is also possible to download data from the disabled account and save it using some Google services.

Sending fake emails is one of the most common forms of phishing. Not by chance, Google forbids the use of Gmail and its other services to carry out this type of criminal activity. The sending of malware, as well as other harmful software and codes, is also prohibited by the company.
Google does not allow the use of its services to send unwanted or unauthorized materials to the popular and annoying spam. On its support page, the company classifies spam, e-mails, comments, photos, reviews or any other unsolicited promotional or commercial material. Sending content to people you don't know or many people at the same time can also result in your account being closed.
4. Sharing content related to child exploitation
Creating, sharing, uploading and uploading content that characterizes exploitation or abuse of children is a practice strictly prohibited by Google. Images of child sexual abuse, including drawings, and materials that depict children in a sexualized manner are removed from the company's servers. In addition to having the account suspended, the user can be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to legal authorities.

5. Sharing of terrorist content
Do not use Google services to share content designed to recruit people for terrorist organizations, incite violence, glorify terrorist attacks or promote acts of terrorism. It is worth mentioning, however, that it is allowed to post materials related to this theme for educational, documentary, scientific or artistic purposes. In such cases, be sure to make enough information available for people to understand the context.
6. Creating fake accounts
In order to avoid social engineering scams, Google prohibits the use of its services to create false identities. Creating a Gmail address that suggests, in an unconverted way, that someone works for a government organization, for example, constitutes a violation of company policies. However, there is no problem with a fan creating an email account with the name of a celebrity.
7. Use of bots to send automatic messages
It is not allowed to use the Google account to make phone calls or send messages from bots, autonomous programs created to run on the Internet performing repetitive and automated tasks. The use of robots is also prohibited by Adsense. it is common for such software to be used to expand traffic volume and thus increase an advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings.
"Clicks on Google ads must come from the user's real interest. Any and all methods used to generate clicks or impressions in an artificial way strictly prohibited by the program's policies," says Google on the Adsense support page.
